The Garden at Froog-Moore Park is both
secluded and substantial.
It covers 1.5 acres and has won many prizes over the years
since we started planting in 1990. The garden has several
‘rooms’ such as the Japanese Garden and old ruins.
Beautiful roses that help to create that park like feel
with sweeping lawns and large shady feature trees.
Art works and garden sculptures are everywhere.
A vegetable garden supplies many ingredients
for the home made goodies on offer.
The garden is a delight to just sit in and enjoy.
There are many private corners and lots of garden seats.
Perhaps take the time to enjoy your chilled wine (BYO)
and watch the sun set. We can prepare, with prior notice,
a gourmet platter for you to enjoy.
We share the garden with an abundance of wildlife.
The pond is home and breeding ground to several varieties
of frogs and they certainly are thriving. The bird life
is spectacular with 5 resident Kookaburras.
Families of lorikeets, and pink and white galahs make regular
appearances. There is even a family of wedge tail eagles
that live on the hill and soar over head on a daily basis.
